ABOUT THE BULLETIN

The Bulletin , the official newsletter of The Skye Terrier Club of American, is mailed quarterly to STCA members, AKC approved judges and the AKC library. Subscriptions are available to non-members for $20.00 (US) or $30.00 (foreign) per year.  Single copies are available from the Editor at $3.00. The opinions expressed are not necessarily those of the STCA, its Officers and Directors, or the Editor.

ADVERTISING

All ads must be accompanied by payment in full.  A $15.00 surcharge will be levied on every insufficient funds check received for payment of advertising or any order placed with the STCA.  STCA member ads may be typeset; copy not camera-ready will be suitably prepared by the Editor.  Every effort will be made to assure accuracy; however, The Bulletin cannot be responsible for copy in ads so prepared.  Kennel names or logos may appear in any typeface or script. Commercial ads must be submitted camera-ready.

ADVERTISING RATES - STCA MEMBERS ONLY

Preferred Page Ads may be reserved not more than 30 days prior to advertising deadline and Preferred Placement will be determined on a first come first served basis. Anticipating demand for Preferred Pages, members are advised to select a second choice Preferred Page or Regular Page.

Cover Policy:   The covers will be offered to winners in the following sequence:  Best of Breed, Best of Opposite, Best of Winners, Winners dog, and Winners Bitch.  Should the Best of Breed winner decline, the cover then it will be offered to Best of Opposite and down the line.  The rate for each cover is $150.00. Price includes up to one half of a page of text which should include the winner's name, breeders, owners, sire, dam, and descriptive copy. The issue with dual cover advertisements will be mailed in a protective envelope to insure that both the front and back covers remain free from postage marks.
