Plans are now well underway for our annual STCA
National Specialty Show to be held on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at the
Montgomery County Kennel Club show.
I hope that you will be able to join us. Enclosed is a general schedule of weekend
events and the reservation forms that you will need to complete and return
with payment to attend the Thursday evening auction and dinner and the
Friday evening Annual STCA Awards Dinner. Also enclosed is the Montgomery
County Kennel Club catalog advertising information and form that you will
need to complete to place an advertisement in the catalog. When you arrive at the host hotel,
there will be maps and driving directions to the locations of the various
shows being held in the area during the weekend. Additionally, there will be
information about an AKC Canine Good Citizen test that will be held on
Thursday afternoon before the dinner and auction. We have also made arrangements to
have box lunches available for purchase for Sunday afternoon.
We are looking forward to a great weekend, full
of Skyes and fun. I hope that
many of you will be able to join us this weekend as we celebrate our
exceptional breed. If you
