BOARD ACTIONS

Motion by Flo Laicher, second by Bret Zacher; that GPCA fund CHF studies #01139, #009822 and #01355A, with a total of $3000 allocated from the CHF DAF and $2500 allocated from Health Committee funds held by GPCA. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion by Kathy Lee, second by Janet Ingram; that the Treasurer consult with a tax attorney regarding the interpretation of 501c3 rules, rescue donations and reimbursements. Motion passed unanimously.

The Board investigated a complaint from a puppy buyer and the breeder's response, determining that the matter was resolved through a court decision.

The Board responded to a letter from a member regarding the newly implemented rescue reimbursement procedures.
