*Motion by Flo Laicher, second by Kathy Lee; that we approve the existing guidelines for the Canine Legislation Committee.
Motion passed unanimously.

*Motion by Kathy Lee, second by Judy Brown; that we approve the letter drafted to a member, with a copy to the complainant puppy buyer.
Motion passed, with Christine Palmer-Persen voting no.

*Motion by Flo Laicher, second by Judy Brown; that the current Bulletin Editor will reimburse GPCA $662.50 to cover our half of the cost of the computer and half of the instruction cost. The Editor will receive the $600 stipend for the 2 nd Quarter issue which has been published, and another $600 stipend when she has published the National Specialty issue.
