A Letter to All GPCA Members From the Board of Directors All members of the Board wish to extend our apologies for the unforeseen complications regarding the errors and confusion in this year's membership renewal process. We apologize for any inconvenience, confusion and the tardiness in the mailing of your dues notices. We are also aware that some members never received the initial dues notice. While the Board did not have the opportunity to make prior approval to the notice mailed on August 30th, we realize we are ultimately responsible and want to do whatever is necessary to right this unfortunate situation.

· All members whose dues were up to date in the 2006/2007 year will receive the upcoming National Specialty issue of the Bulletin, whether or not dues are yet paid for 2007/2008. The additional cost of $8.00 is waived this year.

· Dues are to be paid by October 15, 2007, if not paid by this date you will not be listed in the directory. Any members who have not paid their dues by this date will forfeit their voting privileges.

Again, we thank you all for your patience and understanding. Your membership renewals and committee donations are important to GPCA. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact your Board members.
