Please send $3.00 with a large, 8 X 11 self-addressed envelope. Subsequent copies are $6.00 PER COPY. The Manual will be sent in 'soft form' - it is recommended members purchase a binder with section dividers, as future Committee articles of interest included in the Newsletter can be added to the binder.
