"Entry is available only for dogs who have their September Futurity Forfeits confirmed by Judy Graves, Futurity Secretary. Entries must be sent by regular mail and arrive at the Regional Secretary address before the closing date. The Regional Secretary has no obligation to be avilable to sign for any mail containing the Futurity Entry."
