Tri-Tronics Shooting Dog Award

The Tri-Tronics Shooting Dog Award is presented to the top Brittany Shooting Dog in the country placing in specified 1 hr Open events across the country. Currently, there are 17 AKC and American Field events included for points tabulation. Points are tabulated beginning May 1 of the current year to April 30th of the following year. Owners winning the award are presented with a beautiful oil painting of the winning dog by artist, Jane Metz. A TriTronics sponsored dinner during the week of the National Gun Dog Championship is the time at which the portrait of the previous year winner is unveiled and the current year winner is announced.
