The Working Dog Award Program was developed to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of bullmastiffs competing in a variety of canine sports activities. The awards are only available to members of the ABA.
Awards are presented in two main categories: Working Dog Versatility and Working Dog Performance.
Working Dog Versatility (WDV) awards recognize bullmastiffs that successfully attain titles in several of the following categories: obedience, agility, tracking, rally, miscellaneous (herding/carting), conformation, and temperament.

Working Dog Performance (WDP) awards recognize bullmastiffs that successfully demonstrate consistent performance in agility, obedience or tracking. Awards are given separately in each area: Working Dog Performance – Agility (WDP-A), Working Dog Performance – Obedience (WDP-O), Working Dog Performance – Tracking (WDP-T).
