PURINA PARENT CLUB PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

On behalf of the Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, I
am pleased to inform you that there are now 163 Parent Clubs participating in the Purina
Parent Club Partnership Program and over 71,000 declared members. Last year, parent clubs
participating in the Purina Parent Club Partnership Program earned in excess of $527,000
to benefit canine health research, education and rescue efforts. The funds are evenly
distributed between the Canine Health Foundation and the individual National Parent Clubs.
Your club’s earnings are based on its proportionate share of weight circle
redemptions through the Purina Pro Clubâ, Purina’s loyalty program.
As of 6/30/07 the National Beagle Club has 2733 members declared for the Purina Parent Club Partnership Program. From January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007, 1048 members have submitted weight circles resulting in a total of $17,054.51 accumulated for the 2007 Program.
The best way to increase the earnings is by spreading the word:
To Club members
who are already Pro Clubâ members: Encourage
them to declare for the Purina Parent Club Partnership Program by calling 1-877-776-2582
and encourage them to submit weight circles from now
until the end of December.
To Club Members
who feed Pro Plan but are NOT members of Pro clubâ: Make them aware of
the Purina Parent Club Partnership program and encourage them to join Pro Clubâ, declare for their breed
and submit weight circles from now until the end of
December.
Each new person who declares participation in the PPCP Program or who joins Pro Clubâ and declares will only help to increase the earnings for 2006. To assist you in spreading the word, we have developed ad slicks and a program overview sheet that are perfect for use in your club’s publications, website, show catalog, etc. Additionally, we have found that many participants have been made aware of the program through information made available to them on their club’s web site. We now have an image with linking information you may wish to use to provide a link from your club’s web site to make it easy for fanciers of your breed to access additional information about the PPCP program.
