NBC Triple Challenge
2008 Reservation Form


"Please print out and mail the following form to make reservations for meals and/or lodging at Institute Farm during the Triple Challenge event."

Lodging will be available at Institute Farm, Aldie, VA for the evenings of Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. Cost is $25 per night for NBC members, exhibitors, their agents and spectators. Please be advised that due to the popularity of this event we may not have sufficient room to host those spectators not in some way associated with the actual participants and staff at this event. For others, we recommend you explore the possibility of lodging in near-by Leesburg, VA, which is a short distance away. When making reservations for lodging at Aldie, please indicate whether all guests listed wish to share a room/cabin, or if we need to make other arrangements. We can also try to arrange for you to share a room/cabin with friends or place you near each other if requested well in advance.

Catered meals will be available by advance reservation, and include breakfast on Saturday at $7 & 'picnic lunch' on Saturday at a cost of $8, Continental breakfast on Sunday at $5 and Brunch on Sunday at a cost of $8. Dinner on Saturday evening is priced at $14 per person. (All meals=$42pp.) Advanced reservations are required to insure we can accommodate you.
