A membership kit containing all applications for new
Single Adult or Family membership, code of ethics and sponsor's
questionnaires as well as supporting documentation is available in Adobe
Acrobat format to download. The pdf Acrobat format makes the membership
kit very easy to print and to view off-line. Click the link below to download

button to download the latest version for FREE. Membership applications in
pdf format can be downloaded individually through links located at the
top of their respective web pages.
Applications for JUNIOR
MEMBERSHIP, 10 to 17 years of age to the STCA are available
online.
MEMBERSHIP REAPPLICATION instructions and form for those
wishing to rejoin the STCA are available online as well. A file (PDF
Version: 217KB / 2 pages) containing both documents may be downloaded

An HONORARY MEMBERSHIP NOMINATION
form is now online. An pdf version is available
for download here.
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order for a
membership application to be considered by the STCA Board of Directors for
Approval.
- 1. The APPLICATION FOR
MEMBERSHIP must be completed and signed. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader,
click the "Membership Kit" icon above for the complete kit.
- 2. The CODE OF ETHICS must be
signed and returned with any type of membership application. Your
signature indicates that you understand and will abide by the
Code.
- 3. Submit your Application, Code of Ethics and membership
dues with initiation fee to the address indicated below.
- 4. The SPONSOR'S FORMS must be
completed for any type of membership application by your two
separate sponsors and returned by them to the address indicated below.
Membership fees are $30.00 per year for Individual
membership, and $40.00 per year for family membership (husband and wife; parent
and off-spring; or two persons residing at the same address). Junior membership
fees are $15.00 per year. A one time initiation fee of $30.00 per membership
unit is payable with this application or any reapplication for which a
membership has lapsed for more than one year. Total fees due with this
application are $60.00 for Individual membership or $70.00 for Family
membership and $45.00 for Junior Membership.
Applicants whose completed applications and supporting
documents are received on or before THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BAGPIPER deadline
will have their names published in the next Bagpiper. Current Bagpiper
deadlines are - January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Following an
eight-week period from the date of mailing of the Bagpiper, for membership
input as to applicants, the Board will vote on your application.
Moneys will be refunded if the application is rejected.
